Here we are again at the end of another exciting year of business in Australia, reminding us of what a wonderful country we get to call home.
This year we have been busy at Smartstream Technology working on a bunch of new developments and it is exciting that we are now able to start sharing the outcomes with you.
To the team in our precast department in WA, well done and congratulations on the introduction, approval and production of what I would say are possibly the best precast segmented pump station components I have ever seen. It is exciting to see the 2250mm dia (Type 40) and 3000mm dia (Type 90) units now in full production and supporting our loyal customers on the projects they are constructing.
On the East Coast, our team have done a fantastic job in dealing with a bunch of challenges, ranging from growing pains and workshop relocation to staff changes and keeping the bases covered… I think you have all done a great job and I am sure you are aware that we have a lot of depth throughout the Group to support when needed.
Of course, the biggest thank must go to our loyal customers, I thank you very much for your continued support and look forward to continuing to provide consistent innovation, quality and support to you in 2024… without you we are nothing!
Christmas time is an exciting time for so many reasons and can be different for one person to the next, for me it is the only time of the year I can literally switch off and I certainly do appreciate that little bit of ‘down time’.
Whatever you are doing at Christmas and whoever it is with, I hope you have a fantastic break and get some quality time with the people who are dearest in your life.
